UAB Adspike ("Adspike", "we"), Žvalgų str. 7, Vilnius, Lithuania. This policy covers the website adspike.io.

What we collect

This website collects personal data in two ways: what you submit through the audit request form (your name, work email address, and optionally your monthly ad spend range), and — only if you consent — anonymous usage statistics via Google Analytics.

Cookies and analytics

By default this site sets no cookies. If you click "Accept" on the cookie banner, we load Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Limited), which sets cookies to measure how the site is used — pages visited, approximate location at city level, device type. We use this only to improve the site. We do not use advertising cookies or remarketing pixels.

If you click "Decline", no analytics are loaded and no cookies are set. You can change your choice at any time via the "Cookie settings" link in the footer. Your consent choice itself is stored in your browser's local storage, not in a cookie.

How we use it

We use the submitted information solely to respond to your enquiry and prepare the account audit you requested. We do not sell or share this data with third parties for their own purposes.

Where it is stored

Form submissions are stored in Google Cloud Firestore (Google Ireland Limited), in the europe-west3 (Frankfurt, Germany) region. Analytics data, where consented, is processed by Google Analytics. Google acts as our processor under its Data Processing Addendum.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry data for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any resulting business relationship, and delete it on request.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data, and to object to or restrict its processing. To exercise these rights, use the contact form on the homepage or write to us at the address above. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Lithuanian State Data Protection Inspectorate (vdai.lrv.lt).
